3. Quotes and Payments

  • All quotes provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

  • Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

4. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about the project requirements.

  • Ensure access to the worksite as needed.

  • Promptly review and approve designs, quotes, and work progress to avoid delays.

5. Changes and Cancellations

  • Any changes to the agreed-upon scope of work may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments.

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon.

6. Warranties and Liabilities

We strive to deliver high-quality services; however:

  • Materials and products supplied by third parties are subject to their respective warranties.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as supply chain issues or unforeseen events.

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing issues or damages unrelated to our work.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, plans, and materials created by us remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Unauthorized use or duplication is prohibited.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in that policy.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

  • The client fails to make payments as agreed.

  • There is a breach of these terms and conditions.

  • Unforeseen circumstances prevent us from fulfilling the project.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with South African law.
